Basketball Game Preview: Hillcrest Rams vs. Burns Bulldogs

The Hillcrest Rams and the Burns Bulldogs will round out the year against one another at at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hillcrest is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.

Hillcrest is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Greenville last Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Hillcrest lost 57-33 to Greenville. The Rams were down 44-23 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Burns entered their match against Hendersonville on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Burns was dealt a 56-29 defeat at the hands of Hendersonville. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hillcrest's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Burns, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-4.
