The Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees will head out on the road to take on the Harmony School of Excellence Hawks at 7:30 p.m. Tuloso-Midway is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
Last Friday, Tuloso-Midway strolled past Robstown with points to spare, taking the game 64-50. Given Tuloso-Midway's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 709th, while Robstown is ranked 1562nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Harmony School of Excellence had to suffer through a rough 78-43 loss at the hands of Alice. Harmony School of Excellence was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-19.
Tuloso-Midway has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-15 record this season. As for Harmony School of Excellence, their loss dropped their record down to 10-18.
Everything came up roses for Tuloso-Midway against Harmony School of Excellence in their previous matchup back in January as the team secured a 90-49 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tuloso-Midway since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
