Basketball Recap: Warrenton Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last six games, Warrenton finally came back down to earth on Friday. They were dealt a 79-27 defeat at the hands of the Banks Braves. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Warrenton's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-8. As for Banks, they pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Rainier the next time they take the court. Banks will head out to face Rainier at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Warrenton will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
