Marion-Franklin now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Africentric Early College, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Marion-Franklin came out on top in a nail-biter against Africentric Early College when the teams last played back in April of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Devils since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
