Colonial Heights got themselves on the board against Meadowbrook on Tuesday, but Meadowbrook never followed suit. They blew past the Monarchs 12-0. Considering the Colonials have won six matchups by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win (which was Colonial Heights' fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-5. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Meadowbrook, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Coming up, Colonial Heights will face off against Matoaca at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Colonials surely won't give up without a fight. As for Meadowbrook, they will take on John Marshall at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
