Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Glenbrook North). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Wheeling Wildcats 69-41. Given the Spartans' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 189th, while the Wildcats are ranked 487th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory made it two in a row for Glenbrook North and bumps their season record up to 7-4. As for Wheeling, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.
