Football Recap: Sunrise Mountain Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Sunrise Mountain lost against Bonanza back in September of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Miners took a 27-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bengals.

Damian Rellerford threw for 89 yards on eight of 15 attempts.

Sunrise Mountain now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Bonanza, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Sunrise Mountain and Bonanza will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Miners will challenge rival Mater Academy East Las Vegas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bonanza is set to face off against their familiar foe Cimarron-Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
