Soccer Game Preview: Logan vs. Ridgeline

The Logan Grizzlies will square off against the Ridgeline Riverhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Logan is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Green Canyon on Thursday. Logan fell 4-2 to Green Canyon. Logan have struggled against Green Canyon recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, it may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Ridgeline ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand Sky View a 1-0 shutout. Ridgeline haven't had any issues with Sky View recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Ridgeline's one-goal win came courtesy of Ivan Leon, who's now up to four this season.

Ridgeline now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Logan, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Logan came up short against Ridgeline in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, falling 3-1. Can Logan avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
