Basketball Game Preview: Forsyth Panthers vs. Buffalo Bison

The Forsyth Panthers will square off against the Buffalo Bison at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Forsyth has four straight wins, Buffalo has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Forsyth is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their match on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 102-40 victory over Southwest. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 27 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Buffalo came up short against Mt. Vernon on Tuesday and fell 66-55.

Forsyth will have to contain Braden McGregor as he made an impact in Buffalo's last game. He went 10 of 16 on his way to 26 points and seven assists. Another player making a difference was Blair Abraham, who posted five points in addition to 11 boards and seven blocks.

Buffalo's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Forsyth, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.
