Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chatham). They claimed a resounding 36-0 victory over the William Campbell Generals. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Cavaliers considering their six-point performance the contest before.

Chatham's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jacob Vanderhyde, who rushed for 90 yards and one score on only nine carries, and also threw for 41 yards and one TD.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Chatham proved: they limited William Campbell to a paltry 0.8 yards per carry. The Cavaliers didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 7.6.

The win snapped Chatham's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-4 record. As for William Campbell, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
