Baseball Recap: Stark County Rebels vs. Knoxville Blue Bullets
Stark County had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with an 8-4 win over the Knoxville Blue Bullets on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rebels also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.
Kaedon Steelman was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Steelman was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-4.
In other pitching news, Connor Down looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
