Greenwich had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Saratoga Central Catholic Saints with a sharp 13-6 win on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Witches, who have now won 11 games by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Greenwich's fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-3. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 8.6 runs. As for Saratoga Central Catholic, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-9.

As of now, neither Greenwich nor the Saints have any future games scheduled.
