Softball Recap: Colton Yellowjackets vs. Kaiser Cats

Colton won against Serrano last Wednesday with seven runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Colton Yellowjackets beat the Kaiser Cats by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 7-6. The victory was just business as usual for the Yellowjackets, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

JASMINE DELAROSA was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. DELAROSA was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, DESIREE ARMENTA was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double. JOCELYN ORNELAS was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
