Sequatchie County was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Warren County on Saturday. The Indians' pitchers stepped up to hand the Pioneers & Lady Pioneers a 9-0 shutout. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Sequatchie County now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Warren County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

Sequatchie County will face off against Bledsoe County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Warren County, they will head out to take on Whitwell at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday.
