Basketball Recap: St. Francis Takes a Loss

St. Francis was the 59-44 winner over South Elgin when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans fell just short of the Storm by a score of 50-47 on Wednesday.

St. Francis' loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for South Elgin, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, St. Francis will square off against Geneva at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Elgin, they will challenge Naperville Central at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
