Volleyball Recap: Fort Bend Travis Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Fort Bend Travis came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Foster Falcons. The Tigers have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Fort Bend Travis was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-20, 25-11.

Despite the loss, Fort Bend Travis saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Molly McClimans had 13 assists and eight digs. Kylie Winn also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Fort Bend Travis' defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Foster, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-4.

Fort Bend Travis didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Fulshear on the 22nd. As for Foster, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Galena Park on the 21st.
