Softball Recap: Bishop's Comes Up Short

Bishop's last matchup with Escondido Charter could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Tuesday. The Knights lost 10-0 to the White Tigers. The defeat continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the White Tigers: they've now lost eight in a row.

Bishop's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Escondido Charter, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bishop's will take on rival Coastal Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Escondido Charter is set to face off against their familiar foe Santa Fe Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
