Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Mackenzee Stanley-Eldred and Heidi White Lead East Grand Rapids to Victory

East Grand Rapids had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Allendale Falcons. That's more bragging rights for the Pioneers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

East Grand Rapids was led to victory by Heidi White and Mackenzee Stanley-Eldred. White had four digs and one block, while Stanley-Eldred had 14 digs and two aces. What's more, White racked up 36 assists, the most she's had over her last 12 matchups.

East Grand Rapids' victory bumped their record up to 23-5. As for Allendale, the loss snapped their winning streak at 12 matches and leaves them with a 16-4 record.
