It was a good run, but Olympic Heights unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They and the Benjamin Buccaneers finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result kept the Lions happy, as they haven't lost a game since November 21st.

Kaua Kunz and Isaac Pimentel Verolla scored both of Olympic Heights' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

With that draw, Olympic Heights' record moves to 11-1-1. Meanwhile, Benjamin's record is now 8-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Olympic Heights challenge the Somerset Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Benjamin, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against American Heritage at 6:00 p.m. American Heritage will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Benjamin surely won't give up without a fight.
