Volleyball Recap: Wheatmore Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Wheatmore lost against Asheboro last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors fell 3-1 to the Blue Comets.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Asheboro scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 23-25, 25-21, 25-20.

Wheatmore's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Asheboro, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Wheatmore will welcome Uwharrie Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Asheboro, they will face off against Trinity at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
