Baseball Recap: Somerset's Undefeated Season over After Ten Games

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Somerset was a bit more limited in their matchup on Monday. They fell 5-1 to the Forest Hills Rangers. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Somerset saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kahne Foltz, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Having lost for the first time this season, Somerset fell to 9-1. As for Forest Hills, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Somerset and Forest Hills will both be playing Bishop Carroll the next time they take the field. The Rangers will host the Huskies at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
