In what's become a running theme this season, Georgetown Day gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Episcopal Maroon as the Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers made off with a 24-4 victory. While fans of Georgetown Day might be used to big wins, the 20-run margin marked the team's biggest one yet.
Georgetown Day got a massive performance out of Avery Snyder, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Roam Reddington, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 4-for-5.
The win was the third in a row for Georgetown Day, bringing their record for this year to 4-2. As for Episcopal, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
