Sutter had won ten straight on the road, but on Monday they bumped up to 20-4 to make it 11. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Destiny Christian Academy Lions 7-5. Seven seems to be a good number for the Huskies as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Tyler Smith looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five).

On the hitting side, Sutter let Aiden Roesch and Blake Agger run wild. Roesch went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double, while Agger went 3-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most hits Agger has posted since back in March.

As for Destiny Christian Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-10. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss they have suffered since February 14th.

On Destiny Christian Academy's side, Kolton Pedler was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and two runs. Another player making a difference was Jonah Anderson, who earned one run and three stolen bases.

Sutter will have a chance to go back-to-back against Destiny Christian Academy: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
