Softball Recap: Brevard Comes Up Short

Brevard lost to Pisgah on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Blue Devils fell 9-5 to the Bears. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Scarlett Conley was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Leah Cabe was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple.

Brevard's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Pisgah, their victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-3.

As of now, neither Brevard nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
