Softball Recap: Litchfield Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Litchfield's offense. They came up short against the Central Raiders on Monday, falling 10-0. The Dragons just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Litchfield saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Charley Estrada, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.

Litchfield's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Central, the victory was the fourth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Litchfield will face off against New London-Spicer at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central, they will head out to take on Annandale at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
