Softball Recap: Mcgill-Toolen Drops Season-High Score on Elberta

While McGill-Toolen scored more runs than they have all season, the final result was a bit underwhelming. Neither they nor the Elberta Warriors could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 10-10 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Yellowjackets have been dealt a tie since back in January of 1901.

McGill-Toolen's tie makes their record 0-13-2 this season. As for Elberta, they moved theirs to 12-21-1.

Elberta has already played their next match, an 8-0 win against Theodore on the 11th. Hopefully McGill-Toolen payed attention to the Warriors' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Warriors at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
