Basketball Recap: Tecumseh Takes a Loss

Tecumseh was the 58-18 winner over Milan when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Tecumseh Indians were dealt a 66-33 defeat at the hands of the Milan Big Reds on Monday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Indians came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 130th, while the Big Reds are ranked 638th).

Tecumseh's loss dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Milan, their win bumped their record up to 5-18.

Coming up, Tecumseh will challenge Onsted at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Onsted will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Tecumseh surely won't give up without a fight. Milan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
