After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Altamont, Pinnacle was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Dugway Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Panthers not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 18, 2024 (when they won 3-0).
Pinnacle never let Dugway on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16, 25-23.
The win got Pinnacle back to even at 2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pinnacle will face off against American Prep WV at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dugway, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Tooele at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
