Baseball Recap: Valencia Comes Up Short

Valencia's record is now 5-11. As for Notre Dame (SO), they pushed their record up to 10-11 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Valencia and Notre Dame (SO) could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Vikings (ranked 478th) will meet Crescenta Valley (ranked 81st) at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Notre Dame (SO) will face off against Bishop Amat at 1:00 p.m. on the 22nd with a big rank disadvantage (114 vs. 20).
