Basketball Recap: Oakdale Takes a Loss

Oakdale lost against Coalfield back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Oakdale Eagles lost to the Coalfield Yellow Jackets at home by a 77-61 margin. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Oakdale's loss dropped their record down to 2-22. As for Coalfield, their win ended an 18-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-18.

Looking ahead, Oakdale will welcome Greenback at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Coalfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
