Football Recap: East Lee County Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for East Lee County's offense. They were outmatched by the South Fort Myers Wolfpack and fell 27-0. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East Lee County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for South Fort Myers, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, East Lee County will venture away from home to challenge Bonita Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bullsharks' defense has only allowed 10.3 points per game this season, so the Jaguars' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for South Fort Myers, they will challenge Estero at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Wolfpack 7.3, the Wildcats 7.2) so any points scored will be well earned.
