Soccer Game Preview: Mesa Ridge vs. Harrison

Mesa Ridge is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Thursday. They are taking a road trip to challenge the Harrison Panthers at 6:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, Mesa Ridge didn't have quite enough to beat Woodland Park and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, Harrison hasn't lost a match since September 2nd, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. They and Atlas Preparatory School finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw.

Harrison's goal came courtesy of Jose Pineda, who's now up to 12 this season.

Harrison's draw makes their record 7-1-2 this season. As for Mesa Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Mesa Ridge might still be hurting after the 4-1 defeat they got from Harrison in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Grizzlies were down 4-0.
