Norris is 8-2 against Beatrice since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Norris will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Beatrice at 11:00 a.m.

On Friday, Norris didn't have quite enough to beat Bellevue West and fell 6-5. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Thunderbirds recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Norris saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Fountain, who went 2-for-4 with one home run. Another was Lane Druba, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Beatrice had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against Auburn by a score of 7-4 on Thursday. The Orangemen haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Kale Koch was incredible, going 2-for-5 with one home run and two RBI. Austin Baldwin was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.

Everything went Norris' way against Beatrice in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, as Norris made off with a 13-7 win. Does Norris have another victory up their sleeve, or will Beatrice turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
