Basketball Recap: Carver Takes a Loss

Carver was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 63-30 loss at the hands of the Chicago Marshall Commandos. The game marked the Challengers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Carver's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Chicago Marshall, they pushed their record up to 6-5 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Carver will welcome Agricultural Science at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Agricultural Science knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Carver likes a good challenge. As for Chicago Marshall, they will head out on the road to face off against Bogan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
