Volleyball Recap: Desert Scorpions vs. California City Ravens
Desert was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the California City Ravens. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Scorpions of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September.
While Desert ultimately came up short, they really made California City work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-13, 27-25.
