It was a good run, but Waynesboro unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They lost 10-4 to the Fort Defiance Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-7 back in April.

Waynesboro saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trenton Carson, who went 1-for-4 with three stolen bases and one run.

Waynesboro's defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Fort Defiance, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Waynesboro nor Fort Defiance have any future games scheduled.
