Softball Recap: Southport Cardinals vs. Greenwood Woodmen
Southport got themselves on the board against Greenwood on Monday, but Greenwood never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Woodmen. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won four matches by eight runs or more so far this season.
Lindsey Vaught was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Ally Kiefner, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
