Basketball Recap: Devin Buckley's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Skyline over Rowlett

The Skyline Raiders came up short against the Rowlett Eagles on Saturday and fell 55-48.

Skyline lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Devin Buckley, who posted eight points. Another player making a difference was Keenan Hill, who earned six points and seven boards.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rowlett, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Skyline didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 40-36 loss against Poteet on the 20th. As for Rowlett, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 67-56 defeat against Dallas Jesuit on the 21st.
