It's playoff time, and Galena had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the McQueen Lancers 3-0 on Monday. Considering Galena have won eight matches by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Alyssa Dixon and Ava Bough scored all three of Galena's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 20 goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Galena and bumps their season record up to 11-4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those two matchups. As for McQueen, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10-2.

Looking ahead, Galena will venture away from home to face off against Reno at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Reno's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Galena's offense will have their work cut out for them. McQueen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
