Volleyball Recap: Redeemer Christian Victorious + How To Watch

Redeemer Christian had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Beaches Chapel 3-2. Redeemer Christian has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Beaches Chapel on Saturday, too.

Redeemer Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 19-25, 21-25, 25-21, 25-22, 15-6.

Delaney Shaw paced Redeemer Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Shaw really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 19. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

The victory made it two in a row for Redeemer Christian and bumps their season record up to 19-6. As for Beaches Chapel, their loss ended a seven-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6.

Looking ahead, Redeemer Christian will take on Harvest Community at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Beaches Chapel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
