Volleyball Recap: Summit Shasta Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Summit Shasta entered their tilt with Design Tech on Tuesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Design Tech Dragons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Black Bears also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Summit Shasta's got stronger as the match went on, holding Design Tech to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 25-15.

Summit Shasta had a senior duo take command as Czyrus Reyes had 14 digs and Matthew Ng had 18 assists and six digs. That's the most digs Reyes has posted since back in March of 2024.

Summit Shasta's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Design Tech, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.
