Basketball Recap: Miller Takes a Loss

If Miller was feeling good fresh off their 64-37 takedown of Butler last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Miller Cardinals took a 61-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chadwick Cardinals on Thursday. Miller hasn't had much luck with Chadwick recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Miller's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Chadwick, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Miller wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 55-36 victory against Early on the 25th. Chadwick has also already played their next game, a 45-30 defeat against El Dorado Springs on the 24th.
