Football Recap: Lee's Summit West Falls to Blue Springs in First Game of Season

Lee's Summit West unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 31-6 to the Blue Springs Wildcats on Friday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Looking ahead, Lee's Summit West will head out on the road to face off against Oak Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Blue Springs, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Lee's Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
