Savanna extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Branden Ellis. The Savanna Rebels strolled past the Santa Fe Chiefs with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 93-75 thanks in part to Ellis, who went 13 for 25 on his way to 32 points and three steals. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.7 points per game.

The team also got some help courtesy of Mathys Rudel, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. He also grabbed five steals, which is notable because Savanna is 11-4 when he posts at least five steals, but 1-2 otherwise.

Savanna has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to offensive boards: they averaged an imposing 10.57 offensive boards in those games compared to only 10.57 in the others. As for Santa Fe, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

Savanna will challenge Los Amigos at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Savanna is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.8 points per game this season. As for Santa Fe, they will square off against Whittier at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Whittier's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five games.
