East Mountain faced Bosque in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Timberwolves fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 2-1. East Mountain's defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Jenna Dinwiddie, who's now up to 11 this season.

East Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Bosque, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Looking ahead, East Mountain will be playing at home against Sandia Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bosque, they will venture away from home to challenge Cottonwood Classical Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bosque will need to watch out since Cottonwood Classical Prep have now posted at least four goals in their last five contests.
