The Orange Lutheran Lancers pushed their score all the way to 59 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 69-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tahoma. While losing is never fun, Orange Lutheran can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 141st in California, while Tahoma is ranked 16th in Washington).

Dalton Brown continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Tahoma, scoring 27 points. The game was Brown's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adam Davis, who scored 14 points.

Orange Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Tahoma, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.
