Softball Recap: Mauston Takes a Loss

Mauston fell victim to Wisconsin Dells and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Chiefs, falling 15-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Golden Eagles of the 7-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.

Mauston's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Wisconsin Dells, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mauston will square off against Richland Center at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wisconsin Dells, they will face off against Ripon at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
