Basketball Recap: Culver Community Takes a Loss

Culver Community was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss. They were dealt a 49-20 defeat at the hands of the North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays. The Cavaliers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-1.

Despite the loss, Culver Community saw an underclassman step up: freshman Braylon Jackson posted 12 points.

Culver Community's defeat dropped their record down to 1-18. As for North Judson-San Pierre, their win bumped their record up to 8-11.

Looking ahead, Culver Community will take on Tri-Township at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Culver Community is facing Tri-Township at the right time seeing as Tri-Township is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for North Judson-San Pierre, they will head out to take on Argos at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
