Basketball Recap: Temple Christian Makes It Eight in a Row at Home

Temple Christian hadn't done well against Lake Country Christian recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Temple Christian Eagles enjoyed a cozy 60-45 victory over the Lake Country Christian Eagles. This was a revenge game for Temple Christian: when they faced off against Lake Country Christian back in December of 2024, they had to take a 55-37 loss.

Temple Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jessie Dejesus led the charge by going 7 for 11 on his way to 15 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals.
