Kellis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell victim to a tough 9-2 defeat at the hands of the Forge Christian Fury. Kellis was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Forge Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2016.
Jose Ortiz Felix made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
On Forge Christian's side, Easton Wilde was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Will Taylor, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
